Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of wiseenai.com and the Wiseen application (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, ADDRESS, COUNTRY] ("Wiseen"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent (the "Customer").

1. The Service

Wiseen is a software-as-a-service platform for Lean and Operational Excellence work: KPIs, improvement actions, analyses, meeting boards and related tools, including optional AI-assisted features ("Wise"). The Service is intended for professional use by businesses, not consumers.

2. Accounts and responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • The Customer is responsible for its users and for the content its users enter, including making sure it has the right to process any personal data it uploads (e.g. employee names in rosters).
  • Admins control who joins their organization and what plan applies.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

  • Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing published at wiseenai.com, via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT/taxes, which are added where applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next renewal.

4. Customer content

The Customer retains all rights to the content it enters. Wiseen processes it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. You grant Wiseen the limited licence necessary to host, display and process that content for you.

5. AI features

Wise produces suggestions generated by AI models. They are decision support, not professional advice: the Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving anything before acting on it. AI outputs may be inaccurate; nothing is written into your workspace without an explicit user confirmation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; attempt unauthorized access; resell it without an agreement; upload unlawful content or content you have no right to process; or use it to build a competing product by systematic extraction.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless agreed in a separate Enterprise agreement. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimize disruption. Support is provided by email at contact@wiseenai.com.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand are Wiseen's property or its licensors'. No rights are granted except the right to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseen's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data beyond our backup obligations, business interruption). Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

  • The Customer can cancel at any time from the billing settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with prior notice where reasonable.
  • After termination, customer content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy (90 days), and can be exported before that using the Service's export features.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and disputes are subject to the courts of [CITY, COUNTRY], without prejudice to mandatory local law.
